About your children’s information

We collect each child’s name and age. We do not collect photos or any health or diagnosis information. Children’s records are private by default — visible only to you and authorized administrators — and never appear in any public directory. You can review, edit, or delete them at any time from your household page, and you can export or delete all of your data yourself.

Data retention

Membership and giving records are kept while your household is active and for the period required for the organization’s tax filing. Audit-log entries for sensitive actions are retained per the organization’s data-retention policy.
